Peach Tree Village
Peach Tree Village is an assisted living community unlike many others. It promotes autonomy of its elders while providing a safe, secured, yet expansive area. Peach Tree Village is unique, and we wanted to be sure that unique, fresh, modern style was embodied throughout the branding.
View SiteThe Old Design
The old Peach Tree Village was flooded in 2020, and since then the facility had been completely restored and renovated, as well as come under new ownership. The new owner was not pleased with the old branding, and had made something himself to avoid using it. However, the branding still wasn't giving the new, modern, and elegant feel he worked so hard to achieve throughout the facility.
The Redesign
The Color Palette
The biggest concern in this redesign project, was that the owners already had some marketing and merchandising materials printed and they didn't want to immediately reprint everything. So my first step was to find a way to make the current logo look more cohesive. To achieve this I decided to start with a more elevated color palette.

Logos and Signage
In order for the owner to keep a consistent branding, I kept the logos and symbols he already had and applied the color palette to it in a couple of different variations. I also simplified the full logo to a single symbol in the tree. The goals we focused on were:
- Keeping a recognizable symbolism while transitioning to a consistent branding.
- Portray through design the feeling of elegance and trustworthiness.
- Avoiding "looking like a nursing home" by providing a more modern design.
Marketing Pieces
In addition to designing the website and rebrand, I was also tasked in developing marketing pieces, social media graphics, and designs for use throughout the building.
